Dr. James Cole

Dr. James Cole

Chief Medical Officer

A highly accomplished physiatrist specializing in rehabilitative medicine within Skilled Nursing Facilities. He earned his MD from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine internship and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at the Barnes Jewish Hospital / Washington University Consortium, where he served as Chief Resident and Director of Quality Improvement. His research appears in journals including The Journal of Immunology, and he has presented at national conferences such as the Association of Academic Physiatrists. Dr. Cole volunteers with MedZou and Big Brothers Big Sisters. As CMO he oversees clinical operations and program development.

Mark Nath

Mark Nath

Chief Executive Officer

An entrepreneur and healthcare executive who co-founded American Physiatry with Dr. James Cole. His management approach emphasizes trust, open communication, accountability and mutual respect, with a focus on disciplined execution, clinical excellence, innovation and facility partnerships. Outside work, Mark enjoys tennis, hiking, traveling and spending time with his wife and three children.

Abe Moser

Abe Moser

VP of Sales

Brings healthcare industry expertise and sales leadership experience. Previously Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Tapestry Health, leading East Coast expansion and securing major accounts, and before that senior roles at Global Tech in healthcare technology. Abe volunteers with his local EMS corps and is committed to reducing avoidable hospital transfers for SNF patients.

David Larsen

David Larsen

NP, Director of Clinical Operations

A board-certified Nurse Practitioner with experience spanning family medicine, correctional healthcare and post-acute medicine. His background includes six years as a corrections nurse and nine years in the U.S. Army National Guard. Outside work he enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, search and rescue, and the outdoors with his family.

Marc Euler

Marc Euler

NP, Regional Clinical Manager

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with clinical backgrounds in emergency medicine, urgent care and ortho trauma. Prior experience includes four years in the U.S. Coast Guard, 13 years as an Indianapolis police officer and five years as an emergency room nurse. He enjoys working out, cooking, vacationing and family time.
